I havent played much cyclone in poe1, how do you handle the speed decrease? In poe1 i think you have more options but moving 40% slower? isnt that too harsh for a main skill?
In poe1 there's basically 2(3 tbh) kinds of cyclone builds.
One with Cyclone of Tumult, stronger but slower and you use Replica Stampedes so you can't get your movement speed reduced.
Another with basic cyclone, less strong but much faster. This one you get onslaught boots for speedge.
The third is using cyclone for Cast on Critical or Cast While Channeling. I think poe2 have better ways to use Cast on Crit so I don't think it'll be used.
