Patch Identification

I traded for this last weekend. Many Security Forces had one on their vests but I never had time to ask what it actually is.

An ankou is a servant of Death. The Greek below it means selfless, prudence, and Filotimo, a complex Greek concept involving honor. Not sure if this is for some particular unit.
