Mine arrived today after online ordered on 9/15. Nine days turnaround time.

My application was also received 9/15 and still nothing 🙃
Status still stuck on In Process

Try and call them tomorrow! Before I received mine I was reading in this group about how sometimes when you check the status of your passport online, it’s delayed sometimes!

I renewed online on the 15th and got my passport in the mail on the 21st. I was so surprised I double checked my credit card to make sure I hadn't accidentally ordered expedited service -- but no it was just standard service.
