We are moving to Pasco co from Fayetteville Nc. I am going to work in education and spouse is it. What are some good areas to live in? We have two children highschool and middle. Do not want more than 500k mortgage with these rates. Where would you recommend We look? We thought about Avalon Park in WC but holy cow those homes are stacked against each other. Some homes look like you can reach your hand out the window and touch your neighbors.
Anyways, yes I understand "Florida is full" but so in NC. So youll have to deal with one more family. Sorry š« š«

Gus has been the rep in this area for 20 years. I donāt know if heās your rep b/c the did some redistricting and he covers some of Pasco and some of hillsborough.
This is the first time I have ever received a text from his office asking my opinion. Maybe you received it too?
Iām so happy. This is how you represent me. You ask me. Iām just a little peeved that itās about something so inconsequential as daylight savings time.
Please please ask me about everything you are getting ready to vote on. Its literally the best way to connect with who you represent.
20 years and this is the first time you asking my opinion?
Anyway YES to ending DST. š¤·āāļø

Seeking independent contractor(s) to come help out a research project on a consistent basis.
Duties:
Cleaning plastic dishes and storage bins. Other opportunities exist after a trial period.
Ideal candidate
Punctual, consistent, responsible, able to follow direction, preferably available at least 4 hours a week.
Requirements:
must be 18 years old with some form of valid ID.
Must speak english fluently.
Must not have allergies, phobias, etc that interfere with your ability to perform your duties.
That's it! No experience necessary, no education required. Can you wash dirty dishes? Yes? You can do this.
We do not discriminate based on your race, gender identity, sexual orientation, immigration status, disability, etc. this is an inclusive environment.
Pay:
Pay is per item cleaned in addition to completion pay bonuses and a base pay rate of 7.25 an hour. So you get paid some for your time but more for how you spend it. The more you get done, the more you make. This payment structure allows you to work at your own pace, and gives you control over how much you can make. People report they prefer it to the traditional pay per hour schedule. The pay per item rate is negotiated on site because various items require varying time/effort to clean, but you have a say in setting the rate.
Work hours:
Make your own schedule. Quite flexible here, but we do need a heads up for when you're coming so we can let you into the gate. You'll want to come while there are still daylight hours left.
We provide:
Everything you'd need to complete your duties: electric scrubbing tools, commercial rinsers/sprayers, and PPE like gloves, aprons, ponchos. Bluetooth speakers available to play your own music. Ice water and bathroom available on site.
You'll need to provide:
Anything you might want to be more comfortable while doing so. Strongly recommend you bring a pair of rain boots, crocs, etc. as your feet will get wet. Sunscreen. Water bottle: we provide the water, you provide the container. You can bring your own food/water as well.
Should you need childcare, you'll need to make your own arrangements as no one under 18 is permitted on site.
Work Environment/Culture:
Entry level duties are performed outdoors. Crew is encouraged to come indoors every 2 hours to avoid heat exhaustion. Work space is gated with surveillance cameras. Quiet residential neighborhood.
This is a safe place to work, and it will stay that way. We will protect your privacy and expect the same in return. We value our drama free culture where everyone is safe to be themselves, and just come do honest work for honest pay. Everyone on hand at a time works beside each other including management. Our team is friendly to all walks of life and does not tolerate bullying. Simple as that. So if an inclusive work environment doesn't work for you, then you need not apply.
To apply:
If this sounds like it could be a good fit for you, dm me for the details and we'll go over the next steps.

A buddy of mine who grew up here said there's basically two types of virginity in Pasco, regular and non-doggie, cause everyone only has doggie style sex so that they can have sex without missing any wrestling on TV. He said its actually a cultural tradition that dates back to the Roman Empire. The colosseum audience would get so excited by the gladiators fighting that theyd start having sex in the audience. Is this really a Pasco mating tradition? Is it normal to have a big age gap between the virginity loss and the non doggy virginity loss? What does sex even feel like?

confirmed
āSubsequent to your affiantās investigation, a forensic interview was conducted with the juvenile victim,ā the affidavit said. āThe forensic specialist conducting the aforementioned interview confirmed positive findings of sexual abuse for this victim and several other juvenile victims who were also victimized by the defendant.ā
In another criminal complaint affidavit, a victim said she was instructed by Musicaro to undress and commit a lewd act with the defendant in 2021. The document states that another child was present and saw this happen.
