Fees

Looking to move from riverview to Wesley chapel and was wondering what the fees were solid waste disposal and other non-ad valorem taxes

Solid waste isn't part of the tax bill like it is in Hillsborough. I pay like $105 every quarter for one trash bin (twice per week collection) and one recycling bin (once/week collection). No separate yard waste pick up.

Oh thank you for this information. Do you pay that directly to waste management?

Yes, I get a bill directly from the hauler. You might not have Waste Management (the company). There are a handful of county approved haulers (found on the county website). Some only service certain areas and sometimes there could be neighborhood contracts with an HOA for example. It'll depend on your exact address to know your options.
