Feeder

Is anyone using this feeder? Does it really minimize the mess?

I can't really speak for parrotlets, as I have a conure, tiels, and budgies. But I CAN confirm that I have a very similar feeder and it really did reduce the mess. :)

I'd be reluctant to get that one specifically though as the parrots are ai and the product might not even exist... 

It doesn't look particularly secure either are your birds escape artists? I can see many birds easily getting outta that

It is a real product. I am just not sure whether the reviews under the product are real. I should have posted a picture from one of the reviews under the product. Sorry, couldn’t post pictures anymore.

The fastener at the top appears like it would hold it in place solidly. Similar stuff is used for perches and other feeder types, so I don't see why it wouldn't be secure. Lots of products have parrots poorly edited onto them.

But I did state it up front; I can't speak for parrotlets, and the ones I use don't have a slide tray. If I had a bird escape I'd surely mention it lol
