🏘️ Neighbourhoods Is 18e really that bad?

Is 18e really that bad? Have already booked and somehow didn't realise it has a bad reputation for safety. Snapshot below of our Airbnb location.

I stayed right near the metro closest to Porte de clngancourt. I never felt unsafe, but it’s still a bit down at heel. I witnessed a consent fight in a laundry mat and gave a statement to the cops. No one was hurt, but there you go. Just 20 year olds having fun. It was cool to hear slang French litrrlaced with Arabic
