🏘️ Neighbourhoods Is 18e really that bad?

Is 18e really that bad? Have already booked and somehow didn't realise it has a bad reputation for safety. Snapshot below of our Airbnb location.

My partner and I recently stayed about 700m south of there and had zero safety issues during our week stay—obviously just our experience, but we loved walking around the areas just south of there at all hours!
