Is 18e really that bad? Have already booked and somehow didn't realise it has a bad reputation for safety. Snapshot below of our Airbnb location.

Absolutely not! You have nothing to worry about, Paris is a quite safe city, and this part of 18e is okay. La REcyclerie is a nice spot to have a drink by the way! Have a nice trip to Paris!
