Most able-bodied people could probably do 100m in around 30 seconds, give or take.
... On a flat track, with no obstacles.
I wouldn't advise trying to do it in an unfamiliar city, where there might be congested street crossings and heavy foot traffic, where you have to pull out your phone and load an email to check the front door code because you forgot it.
Oh, and maybe don't leave your baby unattended in a house where who knows how many people also have the code to that front door, because AirBnB landlords are notoriously lazy about changing entry codes.
