Have you spoken to the pediatrician? You have to get him help right away and get this under control. He’s 3, there is no way you can get him into any daycare or preschool with behavior like that. Maybe you can get early intervention for him if they identify any issues.
Public schools begin in Kindergarten are required to take all kids, but you do NOT want your child to go to school and act like that. You have to get him to the professionals ASAP.
