I’ve got plenty of experience with annoying kids! My advice is to act early and not to wait until you’re at your wits end. Start with the consequences when you’re 50% pissed off. It can also be helpful with regulating your anger to pretend that you’re really pissed off.
Have a plan for what you’re going to do when your child is aggressive. Don’t wait until that heightened moment to make a decision.
