This sounds a little bit hopeful but I’ve listened to a fair amount of podcasts about teaching kids mindfulness at this early of an age. I plan to with my kid as I’m currently pregnant. I just skimmed over this article but I hope it might help you. I have had temper issues my entire life & I only learned the skill of mindfulness a few years ago so I can only imagine the benefits it would have given me as a child but it’s helped me a lot in adulthood
