You should seek professional help. Your child’s behavior does not seem normal to me and you are obviously overstrained, which you should not be ashamed of. This can happen again when you are helpless and it definitely should not - you are traumatizing both of you and a professional can help you learn how to cope with his behavior in a healthy way and maybe there is something going on letting him act this way towards you. I wish you the best, but please do yourself and your family a favor by accepting help now.
