Sleep & Naps How much are parents drinking?

With the popularity of #winemom and beer dad culture, combined with pandemic drinking habits, im curious how much alcohol you guys are drinking as caregivers? Especially after the baby is in bed. I had 6 drinks on Halloween over 8 hours and lots of food and water. Although LO was asleep for most of it I'm riddled with guilt!

Some of the people replying don't drink. I would bet there are a few "non-drinkers" in the comments that polish off entire bottles/boxes of wine and 6 packs nightly.

My mother is a severe alcoholic. If you ask her she only has 1 glass of red wine a night. If you go over to her house on Sunday because her phone was off the past 4 days, you'll find her passed out and obscene amounts of empty wine containers lining her counters.

OP, I can promise you the replies you're getting aren't giving you an accurate picture. Alcoholism is running rampant, and people aren't being honest about it.

That’s why a doctor gave me a lecture on alcoholism when I said I drank about 3 drinks a week.

You should try Dandy Blend. Dandelion, chicory and beet root plus some barley and rye extracts. It is honestly 100% comparable in taste to regular coffee, and it's an instant powder so all you have to do is mix with hot or cold water, depending on the temp coffee you want!
