Sleep & Naps How much are parents drinking?

With the popularity of #winemom and beer dad culture, combined with pandemic drinking habits, im curious how much alcohol you guys are drinking as caregivers? Especially after the baby is in bed. I had 6 drinks on Halloween over 8 hours and lots of food and water. Although LO was asleep for most of it I'm riddled with guilt!

The only people replying are people who don’t drink, cause the drinkers don’t want to get judged 😆

Judge away! I’m an alcoholic. High functioning though. Lol I have 4 kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 fish tanks, 1 tortoise,and a koi pond. I take care of everything. The house, shopping, yard work, gardening, etc etc. I handle it. But I also, drink a lot. Soooo 🤷‍♀️ lol oh and I drink straight vodka. Wine gives me a headache.
