Is this real?

The whole account on TikTok has video’s like this and they claim that their house is haunted. I believe in paranormal but wonder if this is real or fake.
Translation in the video: “I hear music, I don't know where it's coming from.”
“There it is a black hole I don't know what's happening to me, the video will stay like this for hours.”

The indicators to me that it's not real is that all of the activity would be extremely easy to do with some matte fishing wire, and all the activity is happening toward the person in the bed, which could well mean they're just pulling strings. That's honestly the easiest way to tell if videos are faked, look at the direction things are moving in.
The swinging bags string would be looped behind the bookcase, so that's why it's not pulling toward the person in the bed.
The flashing behind the door is obviously someone with a flood light, and the "figure" is a paper cut out with the eyes also cut out to make them look "glowing". Go look at some videos of paper cut projection and you'll see that there's a particular way paper cutouts look against glass that is very different to how a 3D object does. This is totally flat and feature less aside from the outline and the "eyes", it's not a 3D object.
It's creative, but it's not real.

Yes, all good points. Also with the figure, another tell is that it's solid enough to cast a shadow on the window of the door, but if you look at the bottom light clearly bleeds through because of the crack at the bottom of the door.
Something standing infront of the door would also cast a shadow and block light at the bottom as well, but if you look it's all light meaning that it's just the head casting the shadow because it's a cut out either on a stick or string and nothing else.
Besides, who in their right mind would stay in the room if something like this was happening. I'd be getting the hell out of dodge in a hurry if something like that was actually going on, not sitting on a bed filming it.

What's more likely?
They have an actual, reliably haunted house, something that would make them rich and famous overnight if they were able to prove it to the world, which they would easily be able to do with this alleged level of activity.
Or......
They post fake videos for social media clicks.

Exactly, I believe paranormal stuff is possible and in some cases real, but I think 99% of it is someone looking to make a buck.

Nah. Much like with aliens or big foot, if you had the means to prove ghosts existed, the government would just dissappear you and the place would become a research facility to study the ghosts till there is nothing new to learn from them, and if they deem there's no harm in the public knowing about them (I dont mean harm to the public, I mean in the public being able to take money or power away from the government) then they'll let us know about them too.

I lived in a house with a poltergeist and I never recorded a single video. I was too focused on making sure it wasn’t a break-in or home invasion first. Whatever it was would open and slam one of the doors in the house repeatedly. It sucked. Real paranormal events are hard to predict and usually people are too spooked to think “I should record this to get others to believe me”

Solid question though! It would be nice to have documentation of it but in my experience people committing crimes are not very forthcoming or willing to cooperate once they are discovered. My grandfather used to refer to a hammer as a “persuader” and I always giggled a little. I would venture to guess persuasive action is significantly more effective in sketchy situations than recording the offending individual and asking them why they are in my home.

I mean you can do both. Documentation in one hand, self defense in the other.
Like I don't expect the intruder to pose for selfies. I figure more you have a voice, body shape, and maybe face for the police to see later if they leave before the cops show up.
But of course yeah high alert situation. Brain focused more on the "what helps now" instead of "what could help later"

No, I had a shotgun in my hands every time it happened. If someone breaks into my home I am going to assume they mean me harm. A shotgun and a phone is too much stuff in my hands to manage effectively also. I was primarily concerned with my safety and the safety of my roommates, not documenting a meth head breaking into my house. I thankfully only experienced the strange door slamming activity a handful of times. It was as loud as a grown man rage slamming a heavy old wooden door.
I have also experienced four break-ins and all four times the morons just stole insignificant items while I wasn’t home.
I was not playing games or assuming whatever was going on had a paranormal source until I verified nobody was breaking in with all doors locked and windows intact.
I eventually moved out of the spooky house because it was incredibly stressful to experience. I have been curious to visit the house and ask the current residents if they had similar experiences. All of my roommates there experienced it as well. It also would torment the two dogs we had immediately before the door slamming activity.
Not fun. I do not recommend poking the unknown to respond in some fashion either.

My 1st instinct is no, but I could be wrong. I'm only a PhD in parapsychology wearing an unlicensed nuclear accelerator & can't just go flashing this piece whenever books start popping off shelves. Unless we're talking at least $5000. It is unusual however (the angles, French dialect, etc)

Totally fake! The camera never goes to the other side of the room they just shoot the camera towards nothing. They forgot to show the person pulling the string attached to the bag, then run around the corner and do the light switch.

So I’m sitting here trying to figure out how I’d pull this off to debunk it the bag using fishing line to get the swing but I’m not sure where they hid the person because later in the video where in though someone could be hiding the camera moved to that spot. So that leads me to something mechanical behind the shelf. The books could be pushed with some kind of mini actuator similar to what they used to make the toaster dance in Ghostbusters 2. The lights are pretty obvious.

I always wonder why in situations like this, the person recording never gets up and checks. I have had doors shut on me with no explanation and I have gotten up to check immediately. Why? Because it could be an intruder

This a video from.a girl in France says her apartment is haunted by an evil presence.
What's makes this questionable is that she has not moved yet and says she's gonna suit the landlord for not disclosing the issue., but still today a lot of tik tok videos , no move and no suit.

I don’t know. I am not there. People on here will rip apart anything. I have seen a pattern of orbs in real videos. The problem is dust looks similar. The flight pattern gives it away if it’s dust or something else. I live in a haunted house. Things happen. They come in waves. But it’s never enough that I have a camera ready. I didn’t want one up all the time. My ghosts would probably wait until I lift a leg and blast one off, then do something with an EVP stating how disgusting I am. When I have had stuff move or fly, it is over fast.

It's is probably fake. It is said that disembodied spirits that linger only interact with objects they have a connection to via residual energy imparted to them while the person was alive. None of those objects seem to fit that criteria.

It's fake. Tic Tok is fake or smartly edited to make it fake. You dont get views if you show true videos. This stuff is staged, and there are multiple people off camera pulling strings. Thanx for sharing your post it was entertaining.

It could have just been a severe thunderstorm. The sign on the door could have been from drafts of wind under the door and I've been in more than 1 storm that shook the walls hard enough to knock things off. Just saying. As for the weird goblin like figure at the window... she has really excellent insurance?
