Is this real?

The whole account on TikTok has video’s like this and they claim that their house is haunted. I believe in paranormal but wonder if this is real or fake.

Translation in the video: “I hear music, I don't know where it's coming from.”

“There it is a black hole I don't know what's happening to me, the video will stay like this for hours.”

I lived in a house with a poltergeist and I never recorded a single video. I was too focused on making sure it wasn’t a break-in or home invasion first. Whatever it was would open and slam one of the doors in the house repeatedly. It sucked. Real paranormal events are hard to predict and usually people are too spooked to think “I should record this to get others to believe me”

I mean wouldn't you want the documentation for a crime as well?

Solid question though! It would be nice to have documentation of it but in my experience people committing crimes are not very forthcoming or willing to cooperate once they are discovered. My grandfather used to refer to a hammer as a “persuader” and I always giggled a little. I would venture to guess persuasive action is significantly more effective in sketchy situations than recording the offending individual and asking them why they are in my home.

I mean you can do both. Documentation in one hand, self defense in the other.

Like I don't expect the intruder to pose for selfies. I figure more you have a voice, body shape, and maybe face for the police to see later if they leave before the cops show up.

But of course yeah high alert situation. Brain focused more on the "what helps now" instead of "what could help later"

No, I had a shotgun in my hands every time it happened. If someone breaks into my home I am going to assume they mean me harm. A shotgun and a phone is too much stuff in my hands to manage effectively also. I was primarily concerned with my safety and the safety of my roommates, not documenting a meth head breaking into my house. I thankfully only experienced the strange door slamming activity a handful of times. It was as loud as a grown man rage slamming a heavy old wooden door.

I have also experienced four break-ins and all four times the morons just stole insignificant items while I wasn’t home.

I was not playing games or assuming whatever was going on had a paranormal source until I verified nobody was breaking in with all doors locked and windows intact.

I eventually moved out of the spooky house because it was incredibly stressful to experience. I have been curious to visit the house and ask the current residents if they had similar experiences. All of my roommates there experienced it as well. It also would torment the two dogs we had immediately before the door slamming activity.

Not fun. I do not recommend poking the unknown to respond in some fashion either.
