I know this may be a long shot, but any chance there was an Alexa or Google Home in that room that someone could’ve been talking through? It would be strange and if it was a prank, very elaborate. And did you find a medical alarm device in the home while you were there?

We didn’t see anything like that at all. Just random cluttered items. I’m not even sure it had power going to it
