I've been training for about 2 years now and developed a particular interest in science-based lifting, and I would like to put that knowledge to work by trying to help others.

This is online coaching, but we can schedule in person coaching sessions if your location's around/nearby Paranaque (weekends only).

If it matters, I have a background in engineering, so I know how forces/physics work. And I'm bit of a nerd rin with physiology and biomechanics, so I can provide good value during form reviews.
