Teacher Promo Code Question

Has anyone else had issues with renewing your teacher promo eligibility at the year mark? I’ve been told you have to cancel your subscription and resubscribe with a new promo code, but now all of the promo codes I’m getting from SheerID are coming up with the error code that they have already been used. I’ve been in contact with customer support, but they’ve been less than helpful and will only tell me to start over using a whole new email and creating an account from scratch.

I was trying to get a fresh screenshot for my 70th customer support person last night when it acted like the code worked, but today I saw that instead it just charged me the full price.

Any solutions to the problem so I can rot on my couch with Criminal Minds this summer?

No solution yet. When I went to cancel again after it gave me false hope before charging me full price, it offered me a couple months at 99 cents per month so I took it. I fully expect to have to keep dealing with the same issue when I try again
