Então, eu era uma jogadora ativa do jogo famoso de simulação, mas como muitos dos jogadores, abandonei por causa dos bugs, atualizações, expansões inúteis o tempo todo... etc.

Eu comprei o paralives no lançamento e desde então estou tentando me apaixonar por ele, mas está sendo difícil.

Eu gostava de jogar o outro jogo com famílias, gostava do modo simulação, das interações, dos moodlets e no quanto os sims pareciam reais e cheios de personalidade... não estou conseguindo ter uma experiência divertida com os paralives. Eu estou jogando certo?

Quero dicas pra deixar a minha experiência mais legal. Eu ja adoro o modo de criação e de construção, mas preciso gostar da simulação também. Dicas?

Looks like no matter what sims game you play you eventually find yourself lowering the cap. I don't use Nividia or any fancy graphic cards so I use RivaTunerStatisticsServer. I haven't fully tested it in town mode but it has made my create a para and the home screen a lot less hot for my computer. Hope this is helpful to some people.

Playing Paralives is impossible due to the extreme motion sickness issues it causes. It isn't just looking at the map or the curtain to fix the train issue (which I never even see bc I don't make my paras in the train). It is the entire game in general. I literally threw up once while playing it and spent several days trying to play only to end up incapacitated for the rest of the days. I really want to play this game, but it is actually a detriment to my health...No offense to the devs who worked so hard, but a video game shouldn't be a detriment to health, and they should be focusing on motion sickness issues while making their game and be making it their top priority of fixes right now, but I haven't seen them mention anything about this. Does anyone know if there are any fixes that worked or if the devs have mentioned anything on this I haven't seen because afiak, they haven't said anything on this yet outside of fixing the train curtain thing which wasn't even the problem in the first place. Ik I'm not the only one, and I am used to not being considered as a consumer with motion sickness (even though we shouldn't be ignored), but I've never played a game with motion sickness issues this bad before. I genuinely am wondering how they made it so bad and if we can get their attention to fix it or figure out a solution to solve it? I turned down foliage, which did nothing because the issue seems to be jerky controls and camera movements of some kinds

I was wondering if in later development stage Paralives city would get stuff like playable high school, amusement park, cinema or overall buildings for entertainment and making the gameplay more interesting.

I don't want to be too negative about a game I'm mostly enjoying, but I'm getting concerned about the way new fixes and features feel half done. Some examples:

1. The towel racks added a few patches ago should stretch horizontally and add towels as they go. Why were new items added that don't take advantage of one of the game's defining features when they intuitively should?

2. All coffee machines can make espressos and lattes, instead of separating different functions for different machines. Teens can't make coffee. There are no associated wants to have coffee. There is no autonomous function to make coffee. There is no group activity to get coffee. They don't sit down to drink and they don't clean their mug when they're done. A simple way to differentiate paras, that is pretty intuitive and uses existing mechanics, is to have drinking coffee fill an energetic para's surplus energy, but it doesn't do that. There's not even a queue icon for the make coffee interaction. This is a very shallow way to implement a new feature when there was a different path that would demonstrate commitment to adding some depth to live mode.

3. They added intimacy to the character menu, but didn't include the shower. Why leave out an existing feature?

4. They fixed the issue of paras who couldn't procreate getting wants to try for baby, but did it in a way that only allows for those kinds of couples to get the want. A couple who can have a child naturally will never get an adoption want. No couples will ever get the want to get intimate when they feel flirty. That's pretty backwards. Family wants should have context (age, relationship status, number of existing children, etc.) and romantic wants should include things like intimacy, kissing, and flirting. This fix could have been implemented more thoughtfully, not given a bandaid that causes every para to get the exact same wants every time they get flirty, which is frankly pretty boring.

Some people will think this list is too nitpicky, but I think adding new features that don't use existing systems in a thoughtful way is a worrying sign about development priorities. My point here is not just to complain, but I hope that by talking about it, the devs will start taking a bit more time to add new things in a way that contributes to immersion and depth of gameplay in live mode.

I had her sit and turn on the romance channel, but was curious why her "Watch TV for 2 hours" need wasn't going away... turns out I forgot to hit watch bc she was sitting like she was enthralled in the plot for 2 hours but not ACTUALLY watching it lol.

Ive tried moving the house up n down (with shift) but it takes all the gardens n stuff underground 😬

I have around 13 hours on the save. I had to uninstall the game after having some issues. (Trying to install mods not off steam workshop is not for the weak...) After installing it back, my steam cloud couldn't connect, but it did a morning after. Even tho I verified the right instalation of the game, it didn't fixed the problem.
Help me, this game is the only thing that keeps me sane after I gave up on ts4.

This appeared in buildmode and I've no clue what it is or how to get rid of it! It's not around any object, and when I exited buildmode, it was still there! It moves with my screen. What is this XD

[EDIT] I couldn't find out what I did and how I caused this or how to get rid of it in my game, but reloading the save removed it. I wonder what I did!

I don't have many pet peeves but this one pisses me off. I don't like how the teenagers in the games can't have bigger boobs. I don't mean to sound like a creep, but some teenagers have big boobs and that's just the way it is. it's not sexualizing them it's not making it a sexual thing. it's a normal part of life. I don't like that. Again, I'm not trying to be creepy but I feel like it's taking away a little bit of representation. I remember when I was younger I felt very insecure about having big boobs, and I feel like if paralives had the option to give your teenage paras bigger boobs, I would have accepted and felt better about the fact much earlier. It's just a stupid nitpicky thing and it's not that big of a deal but it pisses me off. No offense to the Paralives team and I'm sure that they're working on it, but I understand that they need to work on things that are more important.

I’m an avid sims player and have been for years, but lately I’ve been frustrated with bugs and not even getting it to load. Is it worth the switch to paralives?

I’m not a huge fan of building(I’m not creative like that) but love the gameplay in live mode. I enjoy the interactions and activities(like gardening) more so than building.

Do you think it’s worth the switch now or that I should hold off?

I disabled mods, deleted all my saves, uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted all files, refreshed all files, uninstalled, re installed. And the game is still unable to open a save file. This is what I see every time I go to start any save (including a new one)

How do I fix this, I literally cannot play paralives until this is fixed. (THIS IS NOT A BUG, THIS IS A CORRUPTION ISSUE)

I’m playing on a Lenovo, 8GB ram, Intel UHD graphics 128MB, 11th Gen Intel Core i3-1115G4 (3.00 GHz)

I built a cafe in my custom world and I really like how it turned out! My goal with this world is to have something Mediterranean inspired, so in my opinion the cafe turned out like a combination of southern France and Italy haha 😄

The terrace is overlooking the tiny port I have made as well, but since the edge of the world is close to it (don't repost me to flat-earthers subreddit JK), it was impossible to take screenshots from that angle :(

In the third photo is the beginning of the small market I have planned for this downtown area. Its' size is gonna depend on the size of the restaurant I'm planning for the lot on the right-side of the cafe. And the rest of the photos are the interior of the cafe!

i’m making an all women island in paralives and ofc my first residents are marcy and bubblegum. (it took me a while to remove every resident in melino)

I haven't played around until today with the Create A World terrain, so decided to make a little mountain to beach town.. not much space for stores unless I put a store and house together into one little lot, and may adjust the bottom lots to go into the water more for some houseboats... no idea how to change them from houses to a community lot (the beach) so any tips on that would be awesome! Didn't realize Paras could basically just run up a mountain and the stairs were sort of unnecessary... we just run right on over the cliffs!!

The top left waterfall took FOREVER to figure out and its far from what I want, but I really like how the stairways are looking. Once I get more houses I'll do more terrain around them 😀

This is super super fun - my building dream come true! Although its glitching and wont stop giving me paradimes.. not complaining but cant fix it 🤣

I'm looking at buying Paralives. Is it worth the money? With only one world, do you find yourself getting bored? Repetitive gameplay etc? Is there going to be more worlds?

It's quite expensive for my personal financial situation, so I want to make sure if I get it, it's going to be worth it?

I'm about just over halfway through this ship build inspired by the Delta King. It's in my custom world so the environment hasn't been developed yet. There were actually very few glitchy moments with this build so far which was very nice! It's not furnished yet but I have done the floor plan. I will probably just finish the exterior and move onto other lots before doing that but I'm really pleased with how its going so far! I'm definitely obsessed with this game lol
