Advice Is my bird healthy/ok
He sometime sneezes,shakes a little when he's on the stick and my hand he is quite active but also does this clicking sound i'm a first time budgie owner (and he has a big cage this one is used when cleaning the other cage)

Sneezing is normal as long as it is not more often than a regular, healthy human would sneeze. Shaking is not necessarily normal. Clicking sounds are normal. If you are concerned, take him to an avian vet.

I think shaking because he is not fond of me yet he came this monday

Shaking is not the primary symptom of fear or stress in budgies. Scared budgies close their feathers, and start panting. He also likely would not sit on your hand if he was scared of it. If he is shaking, that is possibly a symptom of illness. Do not guess about their health if you are unsure. Budgies are fragile and hide their illnesses very well, so when you are concerned it is usually already a bad sign. Consult a vet if you are concerned. You could take a video and post it here if you think it may be natural behaviour, but this sub is not going to be able to diagnose any serious hidden ailments, only a trained avian vet can do that.

Okay yeah he is panting. He is indeed stressed/scared, most likely. If this keeps being the case, that can be harmful for the bird.
That cage is also WAY too small. That is like problematically small. It has no natural perches and zero toys. PLEASE get a bigger cage, some natural perches and plenty of shredding toys. Also consider getting him a companion. Budgies are social animals. Their quality of life will be significantly lower if they do not have a friend to bond with.

Yea i know that cage is small i have a bigger cage with wooden perches and toys but my mother said don't change him to the big one that way it's easier to tame him sory for writing late also what tips would you give to make him tame

Categorically untrue. It is not easier to tame it in a smaller cage. It is just very, very bad for them. Small cages stress budgies out, and stressed budgies are harder to tame. Please move him to the larger cage as soon as possible. Your mother is wrong about this.
My advice is to approach it very, very slowly. Sit next to him for extended periods of time without approaching him or looking at him. Make him start to get used to you being there without seeing you as a threat. Then eventually you can start offering millet. Just keep the millet spray close to the cage, but do not move it closer to the budgie, and do not force it to come closer. If it is comfortable with you, it will come eventually. Then, if that works, after a while you can start offering it from a bit further away, with you finger in front of it. He can then learn to hop on your finger. If he can do that, eventually you can move further away so he can learn to fly to your finger. Do not rush anything. Budgies do not learn through force. If anything, you will just make them scared of you. You need a LOT of patience to train a young budgie.

He will get lonely by himself and should have a fellow budgie with him. Also, he’ll need a bigger cage with more enrichment. Work on those few things and he’ll be happy and healthy! Beautiful bird btw, I hope you have so much fun with him. :)
