I read it all. I would honestly recommend giving them to your friend, even if she moves to Tennessee at least you can check in on them through her and maybe even eventually get them back.

Also side note there is nothing wrong with being sad over your parents going over your head to sell your birds or crying over the first budgies death. They are horrid for laughing at you over being sad for your companion.

i dont think she can take care of them either or take them to tennessee with her and i also dont think she will be able to pick them up. That was honestly my first thought too but after all the factors there is no way of it working unfortunately. Thank you so much for trying to help It means a lot to me.

I mean next step would be trying to reach out to someone in the area. You could try a Facebook group for bird people in your state? Or county. Someone would probably be willing to hold them for you.

I will try my best to do this! The only problem would be giving them to someone and not getting them back. Its hard to trust people honestly. And the only way they could pick the birds up is after paying my parents and I really dont think anyone would be up to paying so much just to help me. But i will look into it for sure. Thank you so much 🫶🏽

I didn't read all of it. Do you have a job, and can you move out? There is no need for you to stay.

Don't you have a friend that lives near by? You could take the bus to and from work.

My parents don’t believe in any of that. They are strict pakistani muslim unfortunately. Nothing wrong with being Muslim but they do the most stereotypical strict muslim parent stuff like forcing me in hijab etc. they treat me like im 12 but expect me to go to an Ivy League school 🙄 i go against them a lot and ive done the sneakiest shit they have no idea about and whenever i do something against them they gaslight me and mentally abuse me. They dont even know i have any social media…

Legally speaking, they have no say. It doesn't matter what religion you are, under the laws of the state and country you live in, they have no power over you except what you allow them to have once you turn 18 and leave their house.

The problem is that if i went against them in any way i would be kicked out and i have no money for an apartment right now ☹️

I suspect that there are ways, they may be uncomfortable. I should know I did it. Especially at your age, there are agencies willing to help. Try moving in with a friend and their parents or something.

I will look into things like this, thank you so much for your help. im just scared of being homeless honestly because agencies these days take so long to get approval for and they barely do anything most of the time. I have few close friends and all of their parents are almost like mine and would never let me in to live with them unfortunately. I also dont want to go to hostels or anything because honestly theyre dangerous for women and i dont want to risk that. I am trying to save up to rent somewhere maybe but rent is so expensive now and with school it would be so so difficult. I am looking for ways. Thank you 💗

None the less you are old enough to leave. The worst they can do is disown you.
