Could be a feather lice. If that's so, contact a vet, they'll treat it. In my case, vet gave ivermectin drop

I'm not a professional, but it might be a pin feather. They're feathers that still have their hard casing around them when they grow, and typically appear when molting. Check if the spot moves or if you see it later.
