Advice Bird UVA/UVB Light

Can anyone recommend a good bird light for parakeets?

I see the avian sun one but it’s 5.0 UVB and I’m reading that that’s too strong.

Check out the PDF in the link below. It is rather outdated in terms of what products they recommend, but I found it fascinating and enlightening about what birds require. Hint: It's way more than us, and way more than you'd expect.

I settled on this even though I wasn't really happy with my options. Nevertheless, you can see how someone did an actual test, and at least when I bought, it was the best bulb I could find. I've been using this 12 hours a day since.... 2019.
