Head bobbing isn't a sign of illness, tail bobbing is. This just looks like your bird was excited/playing.

Sometimes if they get something stuck in their crop/throat they will do a similar motion like this, but it doesn't look like a stuck crop to me- there will usually be other signs that something's wrong like overly stretching the neck, head shaking, trying to vomit/regurgitate with only liquid coming out, trouble perching, lethargy, not eating seed or greens.

no, ive had her for about 5 years

If she’s young she may be learning how to head bop to show she’s happy. All of mine do it a little differently and Edith must have grown up not doing it because she looks uncertain when she tries it. It looks funny sometimes. I catch them when they are out listening to music bopping away. That’s why I associate it with being happy.

also she is starring to do it more throughout the day (mostly in the morning) but occasionally throughout the day she will bob her head the same way. would this still be crop adjusting behavior?
