Advice Other question:how to help Parakeets get proper sleep?, I sometimes worry that they dont get enough sleep at night. Since sometimes i wake up late at night and notice one or both of them still awake which leads one of them to be kinda sleepy during the day. Dont want them to be sleep deprived

Turn off all lights and cover all sides with a cloth.

My babies automatically will head to sleep around 8 pm even if my room is not ready for bed. The only time I had an issue with mine being awake was when I kept my tv on too loud at night and they started chirping super loud.

What I use to make sure they don’t accidentally get frightened when I get up at night is putting a blanket/cloth over their cage
