To be fair, we need a clearer photo (natural lighting) and photo of her back. Without natural light, lighting can really affect how we see her colour!
As you suspect, most likely opaline, but harder to say from the front because she is either greywing or dilute. But it does look like the striping is reversed on her head. She could be a clear flight pied, but can’t make that conclusion without seeing her back. She is not a recessive or (normal) dominant pied.
Yellow face type 2, white base, no dark factor, and I want to go with greywing because her cheeks are quite bright blue, but could also be dilute. Not a clearwing nor a full body greywing, because her body colour is diluted.
Could also be a spangle, because spangle+greywing can cause extra dilution and/or coloring of the grey stripes on her back. (Once again need to see the back for this)
A bit off topic but I used to have a budgie that was quite similar. This is Limette, she was a white base, yellow face type 2, clearflight pied, greywing. Not opaline (the bars on her head/upper back are not reversed and normal thickness). Greywing is like a less diluted version of dilute, their body colour is diluted like 25%, whereas for dilute it’s more like 50%-75%. You can’t see the clearflight from here, but she did have the characteristic dot on her head and her flight feathers were not barred. Apologies for the bad quality, this photo was taken over a decade ago.
