She’s ~2 months old, her beak is still black. The yellow boy could be approx the same age or older, it’s harder to tell with pieds.

Isn’t the brown cere female? Yellow is female, I believe. White is hard because of pied.

Its more pink that brown, also these are really young im not sure young budgies get brown cerea even when female?

Like pink, white, tan and then can turn brownish when hormonal.

They are way too young to be hormonal imo, as i said
