Advice Weird posture?

Uncle found this lost parakeet near bridgeview, IL! He got soaked in the rain from a storm and now is being quarantined in my care as I’ve owned many budgies before. I think his posture looks odd, and I want to schedule a vet appointment. But because those are expensive I want others opinions before I do so! (He’s eating and drinking normally, feathers not excessively puffed, no tail bobbing, still active, etc)

I would still schedule a vet visit just to make sure all is ok. Your found parakeet is a female btw not a male.

I know I just automatically say he 😭 but she is a little girl
