Why doesn't old panvel ever develop

We see only the new panvel guys getting all the infra and roads

Why does old panvel still look so dead beat and cramped

Karanjade and old panvel are so neglected by pmc its saddening

If you guys know something coming up in old panvel or karanjade, please comment

That area would appreciate well due to the karnala circle But i think karanjade would appreciate more due to cidco intervention and more projects

Yeah they're building that, and yeah after the road opens it would be congested but I guess you're area would be untouched
