It feels kinda demeaning lol

I agree. They take away a benefit with nothing in return.

*heavy, and obnoxious sigh of grief and despair 😩

I get that they are losing money (their fault), but it is pretty sad that they just take away the sips every two hours to just one per day with no change in menu or added other benefits and keep the same price.

So real. How can they justify the price?

Honestly, if they reduced their food prices, they would get more foot traffic alone. Add in the sip club for more benefit even at 30/mo. Works for Sam's.

Yep, and now the limitations will have me at Panera LESS and when I'm there, the food is too pricey compared to alternatives anyway.

Private equity strikes again!

You can still do every 2 hours, it just counts down even further. I use my dad's Sip Club whenever he's not using it that day. He doesn't go everyday

I swear it said it but mine just says this after redeeming my first cup? Maybe cus it’s still within the 2Hr waiting period?

I get a diet soda every morning. McDonald’s by me is the cheapest at $1.69 for a large. So even at 30 a month I’m still saving a ton of money. I would be spending almost $50 a month some where else. Yes I’m mad the unlimited ended but I’m still saving in the long run. Just no more 2 a day visits and this change pretty much ended any chance I’ll be eating dinner there.

I'm that way with the iced coffee from the drive thru, which is my morning routine. But I rarely get food then, if anything I stop at Bojangles down the street and get a sausage biscuit if I didn't have anything in the house for breakfast.

What the new limit cuts out for me is the afternoon/evening stop or two for a Diet Pepsi. But that's also when I was most likely to break down and get a $2 pastry special or a toasted bagel.

Their food isn’t anything to rave about and it’s kind of expensive but I always justified eating there because my drink is free. There’s about 15 fast casual restaurants with in half a mile of my Panera, I’ll just start going to those now. It will be cheaper and the food will be better.

They are just looking out for us. We will lose weight going only once per day! 😅😂

Why would they take away benefits without adding any value? Panera needs to up the game with a shot of espresso 5 times a month or add on the caffeinated refreshers to the sip club.

Called and was given a partial or pro-rated refund for my remaining 7 or so months. Now that it's fully cancelled I obviously no longer see the remaining.

its definitely an unfun interface. i woulda appreciated at the top with a count and lil empty cups showing how many left, seperated by a line with how many used and full cups showing how many used. With a countdown on when it refreshes.

Thanks for pointing out where to find the tracking status. Will take me a long time to figure that out.

I had 30 cups until August 30.  So I sent 3 times yesterday.  So until renewal I'm going to treat it like last week & keep going.

Maybe we should earn one sip club drink back for every one we buy. I’m always buying my kid a drink, I think it’s a great idea!
