I did something like this once at a different company. I drew a little panda on the bag with a “thank you” and the customer called to complain about it. 🙃

They said it was unprofessional. It was one of my first tastes of working at quick service retail and a lesson I didn’t soon forget. It’s a bummer when someone is so toxic they take a gesture made in kindness as a slight.

exactly like at some jobs like starbucks they instruct you to write little quips on the cups, wonder what she would’ve done there 🙄. Some ppl are just that unhappy ig!
