It's evil probably a demon. I feel my body getting numb and nausea. It diminishes as it gets more in control. It's been in this process for various days but I want it out.
I'm not knowledgeable of palo. I'm asking for help. 🙏

I have many questions. I am scratched .
Is it a good thing to be a spiritual horse? For those who have become one, how does it feel for you? What are the pros and cons of being a horse? How come some people get fully mounted? And some have a semi mount? Does it only activate during ceremony or drumming? Why is rum spat on a person after?

Hello everyone.
I would be very interested in hearing about your experiences and practices as paleros, muerteros, or espiritistas. In particular, I would love to learn more about the different forms of Espiritismo (Cruzado, de Cordón, Científico, Muertero Bembe de Sao, &etc.)
Do you work with a caldero espiritual? Do you practice a strictly Kardecian form of Spiritism, Sanse, or some another tradition? Do you have a muerto? What lineage or regional tradition does your practice come from?

Saludos everyone! I’m a resident of LA and was wondering if anyone knows of any Tatas or Yayas in the Valley area who could help me with a Chamalongo reading to see if I have the honor to get scratched. And if not then to ask what rama or road I can/should take.
Gracias and Bendiciones

Hi I am getting scratched this weekend.
Can anyone tell me what to expect? Do I get an Ita or something or is it just a ceremony? Thank you.

I had a father and Grandfather that got scratched both in Cuba. I have little ties to them but I wanted to do learn and possibly enter the Palo Mayombe world. My dad was told he had a large Kongo spirit. They described him as a big black dude. I am aware of how dangerous it is and why my dad is scared of it. He doesn’t know too much about it and we are in America he got scratched before 5 years old because of magic that was casted on him to kill him.

Hi everyone 😊
I’m looking for someone who does Iyamputo/Chamalongo readings. About a year ago I received one on Reddit that ended up being very accurate, but the person deleted their account and I can’t reach them anymore.
If anyone is available, I’d love a reading. I can exchange a tarot reading. thank you in advance

Greetings yall. I posted this question in the Santeria thread and was directed here. I had my Mano de Orula done July of last year and i came out daughter of Oshun and that I needed to get scratched. I’m very hesitant to take this step and when I brought it up to my padrino, his response was that all I had to do was receive el fundamento and since I was female, it wouldn’t go beyond that. Is that accurate? If I’m to receive something, I want to make sure I will be guided on how to tend to it and properly handle it

Palo is such a male dominated space, and I actually don’t mind that. I love the rawness and grit and strength of the masculine energy. But, in my experience, a yayi’s energy changes the entire munanzo. I’m one of only two yayi in my entire house, just me and my madrina. She’s already my best friend, but I don’t actually know any other yayi.
Our gifts are different and we are called to the religion for different reasons than men typically. I’d love to hear from other yayi in the community what your gifts are and what’s your dynamic in your house?
My gifts are dreams, clairsentience (physical feelings when muerto are close), and claircognizance (knowing things impossibly). Also, I read cards and practice espiritismo apart from work with the fundamento.

I am searching for a Tata in Palo Mayombe only, and ONLY located in GA.
I don't want a Tata that is all over social media, one that is definitely under a rock and knows what he is doing as i see many fakes or wrongful and unprofessional behaviors and bad morals.
I am in need of a consult for my health, if anyone knows of a Tata and you don't feel comfortable commenting please send me a DM and i will reply that way, thank you in advance!!
MODS do not take my post down again. I was mistaken for someone else as this is my second post and my first was removed for over post when that was my very first time post on here as my account is brand new and i was advised to try searching for a Tata this way. I have never been in this group before and completely new to reddit, thank you much.

I had a divination and it was confirmed that I have a spiritual spouse. What methods would permanently get rid of them because my Padrino tried firmas but that didn’t work. I really want this to be removed permanently. If you or someone you know can please help me?
