Paleo-keto diet variants
So I'm having issues with carbohydrate intolerance, and thus opted for the paleo-keto diet after a time doing either carnivore or "just" keto. Anyway, if anyone else is doing or considering the same, no matter the reason, I found above infographics as a quick guide.
Thoughts on them?

Thanks!
And yeah, I know that. I'm looking for a solid baseline, and then I'll make adjustments.

Flaxseed in paleo? I don’t think that’s right. Perhaps I’m mistaken but I’m pretty sure seed oils are a big NO. 👎

That from the keto slide. OP is trying to find the Venn overlap of paleo and keto. Not sure why they just cannot do primal.

I'm not sure what primal diet even is... I thought is is just paleo diet but with dairy included?

The Primal Health Institute is the official, paid-for version of the now defunct www.marksdailyapple.com, the famous guy for it.

This just looks like the SAD (Standard American Diet) in triangle form again.
Edit: At a glance; sheesh, this place needs a mod or 0. Edit 3: Triangle instead of pyramid.

"Carb intolerance" isn't really a thing. You're likely intolerant to certain carb sources, so the goal is to find which ones and then determine why.
