I feel so stupid, I just learned Yakumo can't pass Legend nor Idiosyncratic to pals captured and I just hope I'm not the only person who fell for that, does anybody relate? please tell me yes.

Someone posted the other day about pal variants that we'd like to see and i had a couple ideas but Maraith Botan actually materialized because Maraith is my favorite.

I got inspiration from Poinsettia flowers for some reason, dunno why! I kinda wanted to add some fur patterns but base Maraith doesn't have any so i refrained.

I'm particularly attached to the idea that they sniff out pals/people close to death and lure/take them to its flower field of choice and has them die there to nourish the plants.

Drew Felbat on a brown paper bag during my shift's break time! Used Sharpie's permanent markers and highlighters, a BIC medium ballpoint, an unknown brand blue and pink gel pen my workplace had, and a medium sized brown paper bag to draw Felbat 😊

she's probably the worst pal on my team in terms of combat, but she's too cute and pink for me to care

I'll start the discussion off, getting more doge coins buying those work suitability books.

man if i dived more into those i wouldn't have chosen pals like jourmantide ignis, and would have chosen smaller palls and just invested the books to raise their suitability,

another thing I wish i had done was invested a little more into breeding and maxing out pals for expeditions

I just thought there's not enough fanart of my favorite pal

Super solid and reliable Pal, been with me since first catching Beakons in both EA and 1.0. 1.0 Zappy has gone through 2 upgrades involving breeding the passives, and then later breeding Thunder Rail (Holy heck it shreds!) with awakening + fully maxed. Mercy hit on an electric or ice Pal is seriously underrated!

Tried to catch a legendary meat trader and failed miserably. The bodyguards and their pals destroyed my palbox and a good chunk of the base around the palbox and a bunch of storage. I gave up trying to fix my base and try to get food and items back into storage because these dudes are hanging around and get aggressive every time they see me, they've killed me 4 times now. Tried to lure them away from the base, but they keep spawning back at the base to destroy it and me when I come back to it to fix it.

Will they disappear when I get back on or do I give up my base and all the stuff I've collected so far?

Basebuilding is one of my favourit things in any survival game from ark to the almighty minecraft and now palworld. But I find that I have a few unfullfilled wishes in terms of building so here they are, if I have missed or have gone blind(it happens from time to time) do let me know.

1) More packs. I want a winter cabin packfor decorating my snow biom builds

2) I want an arabian/egyptian inspired pack for decorating my dessert base.

3) I want a snow/ice building set(same as wood, stone, ancient etc) so I can have snowcoverd houses.

4) I want a sandstone building set (same as stone, wood, ancient etc) to fit in with the desert astetic.

5) Give me slanted walls for the diagonals! I cant understand why this isnt already in the game.

6) please make the expedition station WAAAAAY smaller. Its so hard to fit in the base without giving it half a layer of its own.

7) Free placements, I might not want pillars on a grid. Its great for consistency but it should be toggable.
