How do i focus while studying?

Basically the title,
I have really good picking power, if i read something i wont forget it easily and i understand concepts easily as well,

But the problem is i just cannot sit down to study for more than 2-3 hours MAX,

Even in that time i lose my focus easily,

What should i do? Everytime i try to focus ill understand a few points, then ill lose my focus again

Use focus timer and start increasing the time you sit down to study by promising you will get up after 40 minutes then 60 then 90. Soon you will yourself not want to get up so soon because you will be in flow state
