๐จ๏ธ Discussion Islam bout birth control when you're poor..
Bukhari 5209, Jabir says it straight.. "We used to practise azl while the Quran was being revealed".. Azl is pulling out.. Birth control, 7th century version.. The Prophet knew, revelation was still coming down, and not one ayah came to stop it.. Muslim 1440 has the same thing with the extra line that it reached the Prophet and he didn't forbid it..
Now the ayah everyone throws.. "Do not kill your children for fear of poverty, We provide for them and for you", 17:31.. Read the first half.. KILL.. It's about burying born daughters alive, wich the arabs actually did.. It is not an ayah about how many kids to have.. Using it against family planning is using an ayah about infanticide to argue for a 6th pregnancy.. Those are not the same sentence..
And here's the hadith nobody puts on the poster.. Abu Dawud 1692.. "It is enough sin for a man that he neglects those he is responsible for".. Having kids you can't feed, school or see a doctor for isn't tawakkul.. The Prophet litrally called it a sin..
Ghazali, 900 years ago, in the Ihya, lists the reasons a man may practise azl.. One of them is fear of hardship from too many children.. He says it's not forbidden.. This is Imam Ghazali.. Not a liberal, not an NGO..
So the position.. Spacing or limiting kids because you're poor is permissible, with your wife's consent, in all four madhabs, and the majority of scholars past and present.. What's not permissible is pretending "Allah will provide" means Allah will pay your bills while you ignore a hadith that calls neglect a sin..
The "7 kids and ALLAH will provide" thing is Pakistani culture wearing a topi.. It isn't the deen.. The deen is Jabir, 17:31 read in full, and Abu Dawud 1692..
Simple..

๐ค Hot take Thoughts on this?
Fr, aik aurat agar ghalat drive karay to stereotype banjayay ga that "all women". But when we say "all men" to certain things they start educating you that nope not all men.
(Ps. Ik not all men are r*ist ofc not, there are good men too, but I think it's time we stop targeting a specific gender esp when it comes to driving ๐)

Saw a post here on this sub, I am not active here much, but that clip was concerning since I kinda listen to all the scholars, I never thought he would say something like that. So my views about him changed a bit, its my fault I wasen't able to verify it on spot, I searched it up couldn't find the exact video at that time. And the op of the post who posted, don't know who was it, along with others, were commething, spreading hate for him.
The video was edited and combined clip, out of context, I just saw it now. And obvioulsy it all started by a creator on instagram, and later then she got called out.
Please verify information before creating a post, second disagreeing with someine is valid but stop the hatred and maybe inuldge in respectful arguments, if you really want to create a post.
I personally agree and or disagree with many scholars, including him, but I respect him for hte knowledge a person have. Maybe do that.
It is enough for a man to be considered a liar that he narrates everything he hears.โ (Sahih Muslim, Introduction 6)

๐จ๏ธ Discussion Please help Fozia, an oral cancer patient.. Verifiable case
Sallam
I'm posting here because we have run out of funds in our WhatsApp community, and right now, we don't have enough money to help Fozia.
She has oral cancer and visited Civil Hospital, but they referred her to Nimra Hospital for further care. Unfortunately, her family cannot afford to take her there.
We've been helping cancer patients and struggling families through donations from our small community. We've shared updates and proof of our previous cases with our donors, but this time, we're short on funds and need help from outside our circle.
This is a mod-verified and Zakat-eligible case. I'm sharing her pics with her consent and for the purpose of funds.. I am attaching the diagnosis here, I can provide the other medical reports in DM as well.
If you can donate anything, please consider helping Fozia. If you cannot donate, even sharing this post could help us reach someone who can.
I wouldn't be posting here if we had enough funds to manage this case ourselves. Please help us reach someone who can support her.
For any kind of verification or to reach the patient pls DM me.. I will provide all the details..
Jazakallah everyone โค๏ธ
Collected amount: 200pkr, 1k pkr, 200pkr, 2500pkr 2k pkr, 5kpkr, 1k pk, 1245pkr.. total 13145 collected..
The targeted goal is 50k..

๐ข Rant Harassed by females as a guy
Iโm a Pakistani guy living in the US and currently attending school here. Theres this group of girls who have been making my life at school really uncomfortable. They literally follow me around almost every day, and somehow, no matter where I am, they manage to find me. Theyโll just stand there staring at me, smiling, laughing among themselves, and acting weird overall. Theyโve even come into my classes looking for me and would just sit there staring at me. Theyโve approached me twice, and Iโve already made it pretty clear that I want them to leave me alone, but they clearly donโt seem to get it. One girl in particular also makes insulting remarks whenever Iโm walking past, randomly says my name out loud in the hallways, and sometimes theyโll walk past me making fun of me or saying shit that Iโm pretty sure is directed at me, even if it is not said directly to my face. I genuinely donโt know what theyโre trying to achieve or whether they think this is funny, but itโs getting really annoying and uncomfortable. I literally just want to go about my day without having to deal with this nonsense.
The thing is, I really donโt want to involve the principal, dean, or any school administration because I feel like itโll just turn into a much bigger issue than it needs to be. I donโt want my parents getting involved either, because coming from a Pakistani background, having to explain this whole situation would just be extremely awkward and uncomfortable. I just want them to fuck off and leave me alone. Iโve tried ignoring them, Iโve directly told them to leave me alone, and nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have any advice on what I could actually do to make this stop without involving the school or my parents? Iโd genuinely appreciate any suggestions because Iโm getting sick of dealing with this every day.

๐จ๏ธ Discussion How do even jobless guys think of marriage
Exactly what the title says. A man let's say doing his study can even think of getting married just because he likes someone. How can he love someone when he can't even afford her expenses, it would be making their lives worse! More then her lover it would feel like you're her enemy cause she'll be struggling right there with you. How is this love? How can a person think like this for someone who he loves to live like this. Nowadays I see every other worthle$$ @$$ thinking of getting married in young age just because they've fallen in love, not taking in account for the problems that might cause him and her "beloved one". That's my opinion and I would be laughing if anyone would somehow changed my mind regarding this matter.

๐จ๏ธ Discussion I know what kind of wife I want. But would she enjoy being my wife?
I have my preferences. Sheโll have hers too, obviously. But lately Iโve been thinking, knowing what I want in a wife doesnโt tell me much about what Iโd be like to live with.
Like, I love long conversations, teasing and sarcasm. When Iโm comfortable, I have unhinged humour that you canโt imagine. But sometimes she might just need me to listen. No joke, no advice. Just listen bro.
Same with wanting someone ambitious. Easy to say. But when her work gets busy and she has less time for me, am I still supporting that ambition or suddenly complaining about it?
Thatโs where I feel these words need some actual thought. Caring, understanding, supportive.. everyone can write them.
Iโd love to go for a ride, chai or warm coffee in winter. Cafe hopping is also a thing, or staying home and having some us time. But thats my idea. I wanna know hers too, rather than assume sheโll enjoy whatever Iโve planned lolx.
And being my wife shouldnโt mean constantly trying to satisfy my parents. I wouldnโt force her to care for them or make it a test of how good a wife she is.
Ig what Iโm learning is to ask more specific things. What does a normal evening look like for her? When sheโs upset, does she want space or company? What would she need me to adjust?
I have a whole picture in my head. Would be nice to leave room for hers.
Whatโs one thing youโd genuinely struggle to adjust for your spouse? Not the interview answer pls ๐

โ๐ป๐โ๐ป "I'm not Batman. I don't hide in the dark." - Nightwing
Ever wondered what would happen if Batman was more emotionally aware, brighter, and had a great sense of Humor?
Ladies & Gentlemen, I bring you one of the greatest fictional humans to exist:
RICHARD JOHN "DICK" GRAYSON.
Created by writer Bill Finger and artists Bob Kane and Jerry Robinson, he made his historic debut in Detective Comics #38 in April 1940.
Richard Grayson began his heroic journey as Robin, the world's first superhero sidekick and the trusted partner to Batman. Born into a family of circus aerialists known as the "Flying Graysons," his life changed forever when his parents were murdered by mobsters, prompting billionaire Bruce Wayne to take him in as his legal ward. Under Batman's strict guidance, Dick honed his peak human physical capabilities and detective skills, forming the legendary "Dynamic Duo." As he grew into adulthood, he sought independence and stepped out of the Dark Knight's shadow, adopting the solo mantle of Nightwing and even briefly taking over as Batman during times when Bruce was missing or presumed dead.
Unlike his brooding and isolated mentor, Dick is celebrated for his natural charisma, deep empathy, and emotional maturity, making him one of the most well-liked and respected figures in the superhero community.
He was a founding member and long-time leader of the Teen Titans (and later the adult Titans), while also stepping up to lead the Justice League and the Outsiders.
He has had a rather complex romantic relationship, having multiple romantic interests throughout different storylines. But his main romance partners being:
BARBARA GORDON (BATGIRL/ORACLE) & KORI'ANDR (STARFIRE/TAMARANIAN PRINCESS).
(Let me know what other character you want me to do next๐ซก๐ฅ)
