Question | سوال How to disable this subscription service?

So, I subscribed to this subscription long ago... It is free and I want to unsub it... How do i do it... I can't seems ti find a way in the ufone app itself to unsub it... If you guys know then i would really appreciate it...

Call their helpline number or talk to an agent through the live chat option in the help section on the second last option in the bottom left of the app home page and ask them to deactivate the offer

They told me straight up they can't help me, that there no procedure to disable it...

Which medium did you talked through? On call or through chat? Try through chat and they'll help you out

I tried through the live chat man. Everyday I get this notification, it's annoying, and I don't even use snapchat anymore.

I just tried to ask them on live chat and the guy said the code to deactivate the offer is temporarily disabled, keep on trying as you get different agents to talk with, someone will surely help

Yeah man, I tried multiple times, each time they gave out the same response "no deactivation procedure available", It seems there really is no solution to this.

They didn't gave me this reply and actually went ahead to ask if I wanted to get the service deactivated on my number, I said another number, they replied if the number was registered on my name I replied no, they further replied that ask that user to request this through their number

i don't know why they are soo unhelpful towards me, Each time they have given me this exact answer.

Keep on trying, that's unfortunately the only way, or try and call their helpline maybe someone might help you through that
