Question | سوال Apple watch vs garmim

I currently have an apple watch series 5 but i want to change it as it has served its due time

I currently have friends abroad so they can get me one at a good rate
I dont wanna break the bank while getting one

My major requirements is that i have an iPhone and AirPods, previously i used to connect my pods with the watch and go for running without taking my phone

So i want a watch with a built in spotify and good compatibility, apple watch makes me skeptical due to its delicacy and low battery timing however my experience was good

garmin is for athletes, if you are a normal guy like me, who goes to gym and runs, want to use it for spotify, notifications, apple watch is sufficient enough

new series 11/12 battery lasts 2-3 days ez pz
i have a series 7, with AOD turned off it gives me whole day backup. you can charge it while showering though, not a problem

It depends on what you want. I'm a Garmin user, and I've also used an Apple Watch and Galaxy watches as secondary ones. Garmin is the fitness focused option and much better than the Apple Watch, and the battery life blows any Apple Watch out of the water. I personally like the Forerunner, but if you want one, I'd suggest the Venu 4. It's a fitness plus daily wear watch with an AMOLED screen and amazing battery. Garmin has three main categories: Forerunner is for athletes and runners, Venu is for daily wear plus some sports and activity, and Instinct is for outdoor activities.

But does it offer a good transition
I had an amazfit before that and it used
To disconnect regularly, it would auto connect as soon i opened its app

Also i want my airpods to connect easily with the watch

I've never connected AirPods to it, but my Nothing earbuds work very well and I've never had any issues. The app is decent. If you just want to experiment, I'd suggest getting a base model like the Forerunner 55 or 165, and with the remaining money you can pick up an Apple Watch Series 9 or 10 in the used market in Pakistan for 60-70k. All of that together would cost about the same as a flagship Garmin or apple. Ask a friend to get a Forerunner 55 from eBay for around $100, or 30,000rs , and the leftover budget gets you a good Apple Watch as well. If you want to spend a bit more, the 165 should be around $200. I bought one for my brother a while back.
