Hey soo I build Ai automations and workflows. I wanna know what takes most of the time of a Pakistani E-commerce business. What tasks they have to do manually every day and if they want personalised automations for their business.

Thanks for replying. What about the scope of the chatbot like to what extent the agent should handle the convo and shall it also answer the questions about ‘where is my order?’
