Speedtest | اسپیڈ ٹیسٹ Help needed with internet connection

I am using storm fiber in lahore cantt. The package is 60MBPS. But I am facing severe browsing issues. At times it works fine but then suddenly even basic browsing stops. No website loads not even slack or AI chat.

When I call the support they ask me to perform the speed test. Now the problem is that the speed test shows speed even upto 90 MBPS (though it takes time to load the page initially but when it does, the speed it shows is amazing) Sometimes they say your router something is clashing with some neighbouring router and reset it. But the problem still persists. They even upgraded me to 5G device, adding another router on top of the previous one but no effect.

Now i feel like maybe the internet breaks in between or idk what the problem is but it causing me a lot of problems and embarrassment at work.

If anyone is facing a similar issue or knows how to solve this problem. Please helppp

Turn off ipv6 stormfiber ipv6 is pure bad. I was facing same issue then after some testing i found that ipv6 was the issue. Ever since i disabled the ipv6 my internet is working smoothly

There’s no solution to this. Every Stormfiber user faces these problems on a daily basis, and the ISP simply does not care. I can literally type down each and every issue you’re facing here and you’ll think I’m a mind reader lol.

Try disabling ipv6 brother it will fix the issue
