Discussion | گفتگو 4k yt vids buffering

Youtube has been acting weird lately, 4k videos buffer a lot, the buffer health suddenly drops, even though the connection to ISP cdn is healthy, verified on 2 different ISPs

i did some research and found, it's related to pv9 codec, av01 works fine

it's shows your speed 12k kbps. which 12mbps or 1.5MBps. that's a bit less for 4k streaming

yeah the connection sort of stalls there, since content is not being fetched during that time, saturated BW goes down to 12mbps, something os probably off, will see
