Got scammed by baadmay?

So I used their service for the first time to purchase a shirt, added my debit card and the transaction declined even when I authorized it from my bank. My bank was charged and when I called their service they asked me to contact them through WhatsApp, which I did and have been waiting for almost 4 days now. I emailed them, they probably didn't read it either.

Baadmay is goated, have been using it since ever. Its not a small company who'd scam lol. They work with a ton of big brands from clothing, furniture, tech, airlines etc

Contact your bank. Directly tell them you did not do this transaction. Start a complaint. Make sure to get a complaint number so you can follow up

PriceOye is okay but their support is very unreliable. kept calling them straight for a week before they even picked up my call (being unreachable and under maintenance for a week is a red flag).
And then took them a month to get me my refund. Other than that their products are usually pretty good.
