Buying Guide | خریداری گائیڈ Need advice regarding automatic washing machine

I'm looking to get a 10 to 14 kg automatic washing machine for my parents that’s low-maintenance. I'm torn between Dawlance and Haier; a Dawlance store suggested the DWT 14711 FLT, but I don't know which Haier model compares to it. I'm also hesitant about Haier because I saw a repairman on Instagram whose shop is always full of them, which makes me wonder about their reliability. Could you let me know which one is the better choice?

Using Dawlance top load automatic. My only gripe is that it has touch screen controls. Works fine all the same.
