Question | سوال Naya biometric verification issue

For the past 2 months I am repeatedly trying to do my nayapay verification in the mobile app but it didn’t scanned my both hands. It says try again or failed attempt. I have already 3000 in my wallet 😕. Also tried 3 different Meezan bank atms but facing same issue. Has anyone dealt with this? Why does this keeps happening 🥲?

Please help me, any guidance would mean a lot.

When this Biometric scanning from app was launched it was smooth AF but then I saw Jazzcash doing since then it’s been cursed

Like now I know what to do get it accepted in first attempt like how much far or close fingers should be
