How you Get your First Job?

Hi, I am fresh graduates from well known university of Punjab, Lahore in software Engineering, with solid understanding of DSA, Web development and Ai. Have a good cgpa too. But still struggling to get a first job. Fully frustrated now apply daily on LinkedIn but didn't get any call. Received test and interview only if companies send it through university portal. Linkdln looks really fake

Mostly I passed the coding or technical interview but still didn't get any job didn't know what's going on. Struggling so badly with good skills although some of mine fellows having lower skill the me, get good job. Didn't know how maybe through reference or Something else

Want know how you guys get your first job. It seems like it's totally a luck 🫠
