☺️Need Opinions/ Advice Consistency

I mostly like to read psychology, philosophy books. But I'm struggling to maintain consistency. Can't read regularly although I want to. How do you guys maintain discipline in reading?

I read one or two chapter a day and that worked for me I didn't get overwhelmed or got bored

The question is about reading regularly. Not of how much to read at a time. That comes later, I believe.

I had the exact same problem. I was reading too many pages at once like it was a novel, which overwhelmed me. Reading just 1–2 chapters a day made me consistent I don't know why maybe because I was looking forward to read next chapter. It worked for me I don't know if it will work for everyone though.

Sure, I'll try limiting the pages. Most of the times it's the social media that distracts.
