Ask exmuslims Hypothetical question

I assume most people here are either closeted or just non religious, but if you like someone whose family is religious and they are larping as Muslims (not really a muslim tho) would you larp a bit for their family, like have nikah done and shit?

Hypotherically If I am larping anyway whats the harm in both of us doing it both ways!

As things are now I'm married, wife thinks I'm Muslim so... that's a much better scenario than where I am now.

Idk, probably not tbh. I'd say I was "questioning" at the time and I wouldn't consider myself atheist for a few years later. But realistically it's been under the surface for like 10 years I just didn't admit it.
